Job Description
We are looking for responsible and attentive Security Guards to protect our premises and personnel. The
successful candidates will maintain a high visibility presence, ensuring the safety and security of our
facility.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and others.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to alarms and emergencies.
- Conduct security checks and inspections.
- Assist in directing patients and visitors to appropriate locations.
- Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities.
- Respond promptly to incidents and provide assistance during emergencies.
- Maintain log of all security activities.
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a security guard (minimum 2 years with a registered company).
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
- Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail.
- Integrity, professionalism, and physical fitness.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
